Cush Cousins

This particular piece was made to represent the image of Black people that share identical features but different hair textures. United together in morals and culture, standing resolute under the Afro headed Buddha. Cush was called Ethiopia by the Greeks. According to the Greeks there are two kinds of Ethiopians, Ethiopians with kinky hair, and Ethiopians with straight hair. Excluding the hair, the western Cushite and the eastern Cushite looked the same. The family tie is celebrated here.
